EURO 2024 Fan Project
We are teaming up with MiXR to find football fans who have a deep passion for their national team. This series will celebrate the diversity of fan and pub culture throughout England and Scotland during UEFA EURO 2024.
We want to hear your story and how you support your national team and showcase your fandom, shining a light on communities that support their team from pubs across the UK.
What kind of fans are we looking for?
We are looking for fans who have unique and interesting stories around their support of England, Scotland, or another national team competing in UEFA EURO 2024.
Fans with rituals and traditions that accompany their passion for football. Fans who prefer to cheer on their team surrounded by the energy of a pub. Fans who are part of a local football community. Fans who share their fandom with their family and friends.
What do you have to do if you are selected to become a storyteller?
If selected, you will be tasked with documenting your support and fan culture using written word and digital cameras provided to you during selected matches of the UEFA EURO 2024 tournament.
What do you receive if you are selected?
You will be rewarded for your participation in the project, including monetary compensation and a pub tab during a selected friendly or UEFA EURO 2024 fixture that your team is playing in.
Are there any requirements you must meet to apply?
You must be 25+ years of age.
You must be comfortable capturing content on your own phone and the digital camera provided to you.
You must be comfortable with your story being shared on public channels, including MiXR and Goal Click.
What is MiXR?
MiXR is an app that is your go to for good times, helping people find pubs and bars near them, book tables and get exclusive offers and rewards.
